Site clearing and surveying began on Shadow Lake Villas, Lot 4 in early June. The guys were pretty happy to spend the summer working on Shadow Mountain Lake!As you can see, this home is built on steel piers combined with a french drain system which provides a better foundation for lakefront construction.
